Sobha Realty is planning to hand over 6,819 units across Dubai in 2026, marking the developer’s largest annual delivery pipeline to date.
The planned handovers represent a total sales value of approximately AED21.6 billion and will span five of Sobha Realty’s flagship developments: Sobha Hartland, Sobha Hartland II, Sobha Reserve, Sobha One and Verde by Sobha.
According to the developer, the 2026 handover sales value exceeds the combined value of its previous handover records, underlining the scale of its current delivery programme in Dubai’s residential market.
The milestone follows a record FY2025 for Sobha Realty, when the company reported AED30 billion in sales, representing 30 percent year-on-year growth.
Francis Alfred, Managing Director of Sobha Realty, said delivering more than 6,000 units in a single year reflects the company’s focus on execution, quality and customer satisfaction.
“Our unique Backward Integration model enables us to maintain complete control over every stage of the development process, from design and engineering to construction and finishing, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency across our communities,” he said.
Sobha Realty’s Backward Integration model allows the company to manage major parts of the development lifecycle in-house, including design, architecture, engineering, construction, interiors, façade works, glazing, joinery, furniture manufacturing and quality control.
The developer said this approach gives it greater control over timelines, craftsmanship and consistency, supporting its delivery capabilities across large-scale communities.
The 2026 handover pipeline comes as Dubai’s real estate market continues to place greater emphasis on delivery, completion timelines and developer credibility, especially as the off-plan market remains active and buyer expectations rise.
Sobha Realty is also continuing to expand its UAE development portfolio. Its upcoming pipeline includes 16 UAE masterplans, including Sobha Sanctuary, an AED50 billion master development in Dubai, and Sobha City, an AED40 billion nature-inspired community that marks the company’s entry into the Abu Dhabi market.
The announcement also comes as Sobha Group celebrates its 50th anniversary, marking five decades across real estate, construction and design.
With the planned handover of 6,819 units in 2026, Sobha Realty is positioning delivery performance as a central part of its growth story, reinforcing its role in Dubai’s luxury residential market and wider UAE real estate landscape.
