ZāZEN Properties has commenced the handover phase of ZāZEN Ivy, its second LEED-certified residential development, located within the Al Furjan community in Dubai. The development had sold out within eight weeks of its off-plan launch.
Rising six storeys, ZāZEN Ivy comprises 71 residential units spanning one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, with unit sizes ranging from 717 square feet to 2,200 square feet. The development features Vastu-compliant residences, high-quality finishes, abundant natural light, and integrated green spaces. Amenities include a temperature-controlled pool, residents' lounge, indoor and outdoor gym, sauna, BBQ deck, entertainment areas, a children's climbing wall, and solar panels.
The project is ZāZEN's second LEED-certified development, following ZāZEN Gardens in Al Furjan, which holds the distinction of being the UAE's first LEED Gold certified residential building. ZāZEN Ivy builds further on the developer's portfolio, which also includes ZāZEN One in Jumeirah Village Triangle.
Situated a seven-minute walk from The Gardens metro station, the development offers connectivity to Ibn Battuta Mall, both Dubai airports, and the wider Al Furjan community infrastructure including schools, retail, and sports facilities.
The handover of ZāZEN Ivy is a significant delivery milestone for a developer that has built its positioning around sustainable, end-user focused boutique communities. In a market where delivery credibility has become an increasingly important differentiator, the on-schedule completion of a sold-out LEED-certified project in a strong end-user corridor adds to ZāZEN's delivery track record ahead of its next phase of growth across Dubai's residential landscape.
