UAE-based real estate developer Reportage Group and Sabah Investment Group have showcased four residential developments within Sea Breeze, an integrated waterfront destination on the Caspian Sea coast near Baku, Azerbaijan.
The projects were presented during an event in Abu Dhabi attended by sales teams, media representatives and guests, highlighting the companies' strategic partnership and their growing presence in Azerbaijan's property market.
The presentation focused on Reportage Heights, Panorama by ELIE SAAB, Arabian Ranches Baku and BRABUS Island Baku, each offering a distinct residential concept within the wider Sea Breeze masterplan.
Reportage Heights introduces contemporary waterfront apartments featuring panoramic sea views, spacious terraces and leisure amenities.
Panorama by ELIE SAAB brings branded residential living to the destination, with interiors designed under the creative direction of ELIE SAAB Maison.
Arabian Ranches Baku draws inspiration from Eastern architecture, combining apartments and townhouses with family-oriented residential design and resort-style amenities.
BRABUS Island Baku extends the German luxury brand's design identity into the residential sector through waterfront homes and villas.
Together, the four developments demonstrate the partners' approach to offering different property types and lifestyle experiences within a single destination.
Located approximately 30 minutes from central Baku, Sea Breeze spans around 500 hectares and is being developed as an integrated residential, tourism and leisure destination.
Founded by businessman Emin Agalarov, the development includes more than three million square metres of completed residential and commercial space and accommodates more than 20,000 residents.
Its wider masterplan, designed by British architectural firm Scott Brownrigg, extends along an 18-kilometre coastal strip.
The destination combines residential neighbourhoods with hospitality, retail, recreational and commercial facilities.
The overall development is targeting completion of its planned phases by 2035.
Andrea Nucera, Group Managing Director at Reportage Group, highlighted the importance of identifying international markets where the company can deliver developments aligned with local demand.
He explained that Sea Breeze offers opportunities to combine residential living with tourism and leisure, creating a diversified property portfolio.
Orkhan Mustafayev, Founder and Chairman of Sabah Investment Group, similarly emphasised the partnership's objective of strengthening Sea Breeze's appeal as a destination for residents, visitors and property investors.
The collaboration combines Reportage Group's property development experience with Sabah Investment Group's knowledge of the Azerbaijani market.
The Abu Dhabi presentation also provided an opportunity to introduce potential buyers and investors to Azerbaijan's evolving real estate sector.
By showcasing projects ranging from contemporary apartments to internationally branded luxury residences, the developers are positioning Sea Breeze to appeal to different residential preferences.
The initiative reflects Reportage Group's continued international expansion and the growing role of cross-border partnerships in developing integrated residential destinations.
As the projects progress, they will contribute to the broader transformation of Sea Breeze into a mixed-use waterfront community along Azerbaijan's Caspian coastline.
