Object 1 Launches SKY LEVEL 1 in JVC

Object 1 has unveiled SKY LEVEL 1, a new mixed-use residential development in District 11 of Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), further strengthening its presence within one of Dubai's most established residential communities. Scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2029, the project will comprise 420 one-bedroom residences across 35 residential floors, alongside office, retail, parking, amenity and rooftop spaces.

Commenting on the launch, Tatiana Tonu, CEO of Object 1, said, "SKY LEVEL 1 marks our first new project launch of 2026, and we are approaching it with the same discipline that has shaped our delivery this year."

She added, "In the first half, two of our projects received Building Completion Certificates and several more are preparing for handover. This gives us confidence to continue expanding in JVC, a community where accessibility, rental demand and end-user relevance continue to support long-term value."

SKY LEVEL 1 incorporates a range of technology-enabled lifestyle features designed to support future-ready living. The development's elevated lifestyle deck includes a Sky Infinity Pool, a panoramic sky deck and a Sky Observation Deck equipped with digital telescopes that allow residents to observe constellations, planets and satellites in real time.

Additional amenities include an AI-powered Smart Wellness Zone featuring an intelligent Smart Mirror that provides real-time movement analysis, form correction and interactive fitness guidance. For families, the project will also offer dedicated children's facilities, including a Digital Coloring Wall that transforms drawings into interactive digital experiences.

The launch comes as Dubai's residential market continues to record strong activity. According to the developer, the emirate registered AED 252 billion in real estate transactions during the first quarter of 2026, representing a 31% increase compared to the same period last year.

Scheduled for handover in 2029, SKY LEVEL 1 reflects Object 1's focus on smart living, digital wellness and community-centred design while supporting Dubai's continued residential growth.
