The 25-storey project marks Swiss developer DHG Properties' first completed residential development in the UAE.

DHG Properties has completed Helvetia Residences in Jumeirah Village Circle, delivering 430 apartments and marking the Swiss real estate group's first completed residential project in Dubai.
Dubai Municipality has issued the project's Building Completion Certificate, formally confirming completion of the development.
Helvetia Residences spans 25 floors and more than 73,000 sq m of built-up area, with units ranging from studios to one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
DHG said Helvetia Residences was completed within two years, while the full superstructure was delivered in 12 months.
The project had reached 95% completion by June 2026 following the completion of its façade and balcony works, with interior fit-outs, joinery and amenity areas moving through their final stages at the time.
Residential amenities include landscaped outdoor areas, a resort-style swimming pool, fitness facilities, a jogging track, children's play areas and a padel court. Apartments also incorporate smart-home technology and premium interior materials.
Helvetia Residences was DHG Properties' inaugural UAE development and also served as the launch project for the developer's Helvetia residential brand.
The company is expanding the brand further across Dubai, with additional residential projects forming part of its UAE pipeline.
For JVC, the completion adds another 430 homes to one of Dubai's most active residential development districts at a time when project delivery is becoming an increasingly important part of the market narrative following several years of strong off-plan launches.
