Deyaar Development has completed and handed over Tria, a 711-unit residential development in Dubai Silicon Oasis, taking the developer’s total 2026 deliveries to more than 2,100 homes.
The project also includes six retail units and is distinguished by a three-wing architectural layout designed to create separate view corridors across the Dubai skyline, Dubai Silicon Oasis and surrounding parkland.
The handover follows the delivery of 1,436 units across Regalia, Jannat and Talia Residences earlier in the first half of the year.
Tria has been designed as a family-focused residential development, with a mix of podium and rooftop amenities.
Facilities include swimming pools, landscaped gardens, children’s areas, fitness and wellness spaces, sports courts, social areas and outdoor dining and entertainment zones.
The project expands Deyaar’s completed residential portfolio in Dubai Silicon Oasis while adding new supply to one of the emirate’s established mixed-use communities.
Saeed Mohammed Al Qatami, CEO of Deyaar, said the Tria handover adds another 711 homes to the company’s delivery momentum after three earlier project completions this year.
Deyaar said the project reflects its focus on creating residential communities centred around design, wellbeing and long-term value.
The developer continues to expand across residential, commercial and hospitality segments while progressing a broader pipeline of projects in Dubai.
With Tria now handed over, Deyaar has delivered more than 2,100 units in 2026, strengthening its residential delivery activity as it moves into the next phase of its development pipeline.
