Dugasta Properties has unveiled two new residential developments in Dubai, adding 456 units across Dubai Industrial City and Liwan as the developer targets demand from mid-market buyers seeking larger homes.

The projects, Al Haseen 6 and Garden Living, were unveiled during the International Property Show 2026 in Dubai.

Al Haseen 6 Adds 287 Homes

Located in Dubai Industrial City, Al Haseen 6 will comprise 287 residential units and is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2028.

Garden Living, meanwhile, is being developed in Liwan and will contain 169 homes, with completion tentatively targeted for the end of 2026.

Together, the two launches expand Dugasta’s presence in Dubai’s mid-market segment, with the developer focusing on practical amenities, accessible pricing and homes designed around changing buyer requirements.

Dugasta said it has observed stronger demand for one-bedroom and larger properties, alongside an increase in average property investment sizes over the past six months. The trend indicates that buyers and investors are increasingly looking beyond smaller entry-level units when assessing opportunities in Dubai’s residential market.

Dugasta Expands Dubai Residential Portfolio

The launch also formed part of Dugasta Properties’ presence at the International Property Show, where the two developments were unveiled with actor and philanthropist Sonu Sood.

Dugasta has been expanding its residential portfolio across several areas of Dubai, including Dubai Industrial City, while positioning its projects around the affordable and mid-market housing segments.

The addition of 456 homes comes as Dubai’s residential market continues to see developers diversify their pipelines across price points, with demand extending beyond the luxury segment into communities offering greater space and relatively accessible entry prices.
