Emaar Hospitality Group has outlined the next phase of its regional expansion, with new hotel and leisure assets progressing across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

The portfolio was showcased during Arabian Travel Market 2026 in Dubai and spans Emaar Hospitality brands including Address Hotels + Resorts and Vida Hotels and Resorts, alongside new leisure assets.

One of the group’s latest openings is Vida Aljada in Sharjah, which opened on 1 September as the first Vida property in the emirate.

The 175-key property includes guestrooms, suites and a three-bedroom penthouse, while the wider development also incorporates serviced residences.

Address Expands Across Three Markets

In Dubai, Address The Bay at Emaar Beachfront is scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2027, extending the Address brand into the waterfront master development.

Emaar is also expanding Address Hotels + Resorts in Ras Al Khaimah through Address Al Marjan Island, a planned 196-key beachfront resort featuring multiple swimming pools, dining concepts, a spa and children's facilities.

Saudi Arabia represents another significant part of the pipeline.

Address Diriyah is planned to include 204 hotel rooms and 60 serviced apartments, alongside restaurants, a rooftop pool café, spa and family leisure facilities within the wider Diriyah destination.

The project places Emaar Hospitality within one of Saudi Arabia’s major tourism and heritage-led developments as investment in new hotel supply continues under Vision 2030.

Emaar South Golf Club Set for Q4 Opening

Beyond hotels, Emaar Hospitality is preparing to open Emaar South Golf Club in Q4 2026.

The leisure development will feature an 18-hole championship golf course, driving range, par-three course and clubhouse incorporating dining, retail, changing facilities and EV charging infrastructure.

Emaar Hospitality’s broader portfolio includes Address Hotels + Resorts, Vida Hotels and Resorts, Armani Hotels and Resorts and Palace Hotels + Resorts, as well as branded residences and serviced apartments.

The new pipeline reflects the increasing overlap between hospitality, residential development and destination-led real estate across Emaar’s regional portfolio.
