Zimaya Properties has launched Lawncrest, an AED185 million residential development in Dubai Production City, marking the Dubai-based developer's fifth residential project in the emirate.

The ten-storey development will comprise 183 apartments overlooking the green spaces of Jumeirah Golf Estates. It will offer studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom residences, with prices starting at AED595,000 for a studio.

The project expands Zimaya's portfolio as the company continues to develop residential properties across Dubai.

Lawncrest to Feature 183 Apartments

Lawncrest is located on the edge of Dubai Production City, overlooking the golf courses of Jumeirah Golf Estates.

According to the developer's official project website, the building will rise ten storeys and incorporate wide balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows and shared spaces for leisure and recreation.

The residential mix includes studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, with layouts designed to accommodate natural light and provide practical living spaces.

The development will also incorporate home automation features and fitted kitchens, with Teka among the appliance brands associated with the project.

Zimaya has partnered with Technogym for fitness-related facilities.

The project is being marketed with flexible payment options, although the launch announcement does not specify a complete payment schedule.

Nearly Half of Units Reportedly Sold

According to Zimaya Properties, nearly 50% of Lawncrest's 183 apartments were sold within the first three weeks of its launch.

The company has not disclosed an exact number of units sold or the total value of those transactions.

The developer also reported that four of its five residential projects launched in Dubai have sold out.

These figures are based on Zimaya's announcement and reflect the company's reported sales performance.

The developer's portfolio includes residential developments in locations such as Al Furjan and Dubai Silicon Oasis.

Developer Plans Further Projects

Zimaya Properties has outlined plans for additional developments across Dubai.

Its proposed pipeline includes a beachfront residential project on Dubai Islands, a boutique commercial development in Arjan and further opportunities in Dubai Production City.

Muhammad Arsalan Tabani, Director of Zimaya Properties, confirmed the company's plans to expand into these locations.

"We have several exciting projects in the pipeline, including a beachfront residential development on Dubai Islands, a boutique commercial project in Arjan, and further opportunities in Dubai Production City and beyond," Tabani said.

Zimaya's official website also identifies Celeste Heights in Al Furjan among its existing developments.

The company states that its management team has more than 30 years of combined experience in real estate development, design, planning and construction.

Development Adds to Dubai Production City's Residential Supply

Lawncrest will introduce 183 additional homes to Dubai Production City's residential pipeline, with a mix of smaller apartments and two-bedroom residences.

Its location near Jumeirah Golf Estates is a central feature of the project's positioning, while the starting studio price of AED595,000 places its entry-level units within a lower purchase-price segment of Dubai's new-build market.

The project remains an off-plan development, and the official launch announcement does not specify a confirmed handover date.

With Lawncrest, Zimaya Properties continues to expand its Dubai portfolio while preparing additional residential and commercial developments across the emirate.
