Azizi Developments has confirmed that Creek Views III, its AED 350 million luxury residential project on the shores of Dubai Creek in Dubai Healthcare City, has reached 66 per cent construction completion, and is now on track for handover in the fourth quarter of 2026.
The development comprises 290 residential units across studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, with structural work fully completed, blockwork in place, and the façade now 75 per cent finished. Lifestyle amenities include two swimming pools, a sauna, a steam room, a fully equipped gym, and dedicated areas for BBQ, yoga, and children's play.
Creek Views III's construction progress has compounded steadily through the build cycle. Earlier corporate updates showed the project at 15 per cent completion in late 2024, 41 per cent in September 2025, and now 66 per cent, a trajectory that reflects active site momentum and consistent contractor mobilisation.
The current handover target is Q4 2026, which represents a revision from the original Q1 2026 timeline and the subsequent Q3 2026 target. Schedule revisions on multi-year residential developments are common across the UAE market, and the current Q4 2026 framing aligns the project with a clearer delivery window now that structural completion and façade progress provide confidence in the remaining construction sequence.
Farhad Azizi, Group CEO of Azizi, characterised the development as having moved from rendering to defining presence on the Dubai Healthcare City skyline. He framed the project as a meaningful addition to the wellness district that the wider Dubai Healthcare City masterplan is intended to support.
