Vision Developments has officially broken ground on Sera Gardens by Vision, a residential project comprising 246 apartments in Dubai Production City. The groundbreaking ceremony marks the start of construction on the developer's third project in the district.
Sera Gardens follows two earlier Vision Developments projects in Dubai Production City that have both sold out.
Sera Gardens is planned as a ground-plus-podium-plus-eight-floor-plus-rooftop development, offering a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, alongside three- and four-bedroom duplexes.
The project will include a swimming pool, gym, cinema, children's play areas, barbecue facilities, gaming areas and a garden lounge.
Residences will incorporate smart-home features, including smart thermostats and smart door locks. The developer also said the project will offer views towards the green spaces of Jumeirah Golf Estates.
These features form part of the company's approach to combining residential accommodation with shared amenities and technology-enabled living.
Vision Developments' expansion in Dubai Production City follows the reported sales performance of its earlier projects in the area.
According to the developer, VISTA by Vision sold out in less than seven hours, generating more than AED350 million in sales.
The company described the result as a sales record for its portfolio.
Sera Gardens is its third development in the district, reflecting a continued focus on Dubai Production City as a location for residential projects.
Masoud Al Zarooni, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Vision Developments, said the groundbreaking represents another stage in the company's expansion and shifts attention towards construction and delivery.
The developer reported seven projects under construction and five projects in the handover phase, including two already handed over during 2026.
These figures reflect the company's stated development pipeline at the time of the announcement.
Vision Developments has not disclosed a confirmed completion date or total construction cost for Sera Gardens in the referenced report.
With construction underway, Sera Gardens moves beyond its initial launch phase and into active development.
The project will add 246 residential units to Dubai Production City's development pipeline, with apartment configurations ranging from studios to larger duplex homes.
For Vision Developments, the groundbreaking represents the next stage in delivering its residential portfolio following the sales performance of earlier projects in the district.
The company's progress will now depend on construction execution and the eventual handover of the planned homes.
