Following the success of its debut Dubai project, Casagrand has announced plans to develop more than 6 million sqft. of residential and mixed-use space across the emirate over the next three years.

Casagrand has outlined an ambitious growth strategy for the UAE, revealing plans to develop more than 6 million sqft. of premium residential and mixed-use space across Dubai over the next three years. The announcement comes as the developer builds on the momentum of its first project in the emirate, Casagrand HERMINA at Dubai Islands.
According to the company, Casagrand HERMINA has already achieved 60% sales, while two additional projects are currently in the signing stage and expected to be finalised before the end of the year. The developer is also actively evaluating land opportunities across established master-planned communities and emerging growth corridors throughout Dubai.
Commenting on the expansion plans, Luthfullah K, Director Dubai, Casagrand, said, “Our first year in Dubai has given us both the confidence and the mandate to think bigger. The response to Casagrand HERMINA, the recognition we have received from the industry, and the pace at which our team has grown all point in the same direction.”
He added, “Over the next three to five years, our objective is to build a balanced portfolio of premium residential developments across Dubai and to establish Casagrand as a trusted, long-term name in this market. We are not here for a single project. We are here to build a presence that lasts.”
Future developments will focus on contemporary design, efficient layouts, quality specifications and lifestyle-oriented amenities tailored to the expectations of Dubai's residents and investors. Casagrand said it intends to leverage its two decades of development experience in India while adapting its projects to Dubai's international customer base. The company is also exploring collaborations with international architects, designers and hospitality brands, including potential branded-residence concepts aimed at differentiating future developments. Dubai will remain the primary focus of Casagrand's regional expansion strategy.
Meanwhile, construction at Casagrand HERMINA continues to progress, with the project remaining on track for completion in the second quarter of 2028.
