International real estate developer Arsenal East has unveiled VIBE, a new residential project in Jumeirah Garden City, Dubai, marking a step in the company's expansion into the UAE property market.
Presented at a launch event at Nikki Beach, the development will comprise 207 fully furnished residences designed around contemporary urban living, wellness and community interaction.
Located in Satwa, the project aims to offer residents access to Dubai's established commercial and lifestyle destinations while introducing a distinctive architectural approach.
VIBE will offer 153 one-bedroom apartments and 54 studios, catering to professionals and residents seeking compact, furnished homes in a central Dubai location.
The development has been designed to integrate residential accommodation with spaces for work, fitness and social activities.
According to Arsenal East, the project reflects an approach to premium housing that places emphasis on everyday functionality alongside architectural design.
Its location in Jumeirah Garden City provides connectivity to Downtown Dubai, DIFC and Dubai Mall.
The development adopts a design concept described as ironic luxury, combining premium materials with unconventional forms and unexpected architectural elements.
Yodgor Davlatmamadov, CEO and Owner of YD Design and architect of VIBE, explained that the building's design responds to the increasingly varied ways residents use their homes.
The architectural concept incorporates flowing forms and shared spaces intended to support multiple aspects of daily life.
DA bureau has also contributed to the project's design, with its approach combining traditional materials and expressive shapes.
A notable feature planned for the lobby is a suspended marble cube, creating a distinctive visual element within the entrance.
VIBE will provide more than 7,000 square feet of indoor amenities and approximately 20,000 square feet of outdoor amenities.
Facilities will include a 25-metre temperature-controlled indoor swimming pool, an outdoor pool, a gym, yoga and meditation spaces, and a landscaped terrace garden.
The development will also feature coworking areas, meeting facilities, a library and a cinema lounge.
Additional services are expected to include a healthy-food restaurant, lifestyle support and property management.
A total of 227 parking spaces are planned.
The combination of amenities is intended to allow residents to access leisure, wellness and work facilities within the development.
Arsenal East brings nearly three decades of international development experience to the UAE.
According to the company, it has delivered 55 residential complexes comprising more than 23,000 apartments and has received over 100 professional awards.
Maxim Barkov, CEO of Arsenal East, identified Dubai as an important market for the developer's expansion.
He also indicated that the company is considering opportunities in Abu Dhabi.
With VIBE, Arsenal East is introducing its design-led residential approach to Dubai, combining furnished apartments with facilities intended to support urban lifestyles.
