Nakheel has unveiled a limited collection of 44 beachfront villas on Frond F at Palm Jebel Ali, adding five-, six- and seven-bedroom homes as development advances across the waterfront destination.
The release combines Nakheel's Beach and Coral Collections across 10 architectural designs, with every residence positioned directly along the shoreline with beach access and views across the Arabian Gulf.
The Beach Collection comprises five- and six-bedroom villas measuring approximately 7,500 to 8,500 sq ft, while the Coral Collection includes six- and seven-bedroom residences of around 11,500 to 12,500 sq ft. The homes were designed in collaboration with NAGA Architects, SAOTA, LW Design Group and LOCI Architecture.
Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, said Palm Jebel Ali is taking shape as Dubai's next major waterfront destination, with the Frond F collection combining architecture with direct beachfront living.
The launch comes as construction progresses across the wider masterplan. Nakheel has awarded more than AED13 billion in construction and infrastructure contracts, while work is advancing across 544 villas on Fronds A-F. Another 728 villas on Fronds K-P have reached the internal and external finishing stage.
The first phased villa handovers are scheduled to begin in late 2026 and continue through 2027.
Palm Jebel Ali spans seven islands and 16 fronds, incorporating 120 kilometres of coastline and more than 90 kilometres of beachfront. Planned community infrastructure also includes a 9,000 sqm retail centre and a Friday Mosque designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill for up to 1,000 worshippers.
The latest release adds another residential component as Palm Jebel Ali moves further into its delivery phase.
