KORO Development by ALTA Real Estate Development has completed and handed over KORO One, the brand’s first residential project in Dubai.
The project was completed in March 2026, with handovers commencing in June 2026, according to the developer. The milestone marks the beginning of KORO’s residential portfolio and supports ALTA Real Estate Development’s continued expansion across Dubai’s residential market.
Located in Jumeirah Garden City, KORO One comprises 144 residences, including studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom homes. The development has been designed around contemporary urban living, with a focus on functional layouts, modern architecture and amenities that support both productivity and wellbeing.
The project includes co-working spaces, rooftop gardens, swimming pools and wellness facilities, creating a residential environment aimed at residents looking for connectivity, convenience and everyday practicality within a central Dubai location.
KORO One achieved a complete sell-out within four months of launch, reflecting buyer interest in design-led residences within Jumeirah Garden City, according to the developer.
Giuseppe Noto, Chief Executive Officer of ALTA Real Estate Development, said KORO was created to respond to the way people live today while maintaining ALTA’s focus on quality and long-term value.

Public project information also identifies KORO One as a residential development by KORO under ALTA Real Estate Development, located in Al Satwa’s Jumeirah Garden City, with studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Property Finder’s project listing describes KORO One as an eight-storey development.
The handover adds new completed residential supply to Jumeirah Garden City, a central Dubai neighbourhood positioned near major business and lifestyle districts.
For KORO Development, the completion of KORO One establishes the foundation for the brand’s future projects. The company said it will continue to expand its portfolio across Dubai with a focus on architectural quality, practical living and residential communities designed around long-term value.
