OMNIYAT recorded 14 transactions above AED 20 million on Palm Jumeirah in H1 2026, the highest volume in the segment, alongside the period's highest-value deal and top price per square foot.

OMNIYAT recorded the highest number of AED 20 million-plus residential transactions on Palm Jumeirah during the first half of 2026, ranking first in the segment across three measures: transaction volume, highest-value deal and highest price per square foot.
The developer completed 14 qualifying transactions valued at AED 20 million and above during the period.
Within the segment, Palm Jumeirah's highest-value residential transaction was recorded at The Alba Residences, at AED 225.965 million. OMNIYAT also recorded the highest price per square foot in the category, at AED 11,227.
The developer attributed the results to continued demand from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth buyers for residences on Palm Jumeirah.
