GRID has officially broken ground on Enchanté by GRID, marking the start of construction on its first signature residential development in Dubai. Located in Arjan, beside Dubai Miracle Garden and Butterfly Garden, the project carries an estimated development value of AED 300 million and is scheduled for handover in the fourth quarter of 2028.
According to the developer, more than 60% of the project’s units have already been sold, reflecting continued buyer interest in Arjan as the district evolves into an established residential destination supported by expanding infrastructure and connectivity.
Enchanté will comprise studio, one- and two-bedroom residences, alongside retail space, with prices starting from AED 662,000. GRID said Enchanté’s location provides residents with access to key destinations including Dubai Hills, Business Bay, Meydan, Jumeirah Village Circle and Bur Dubai, while also benefiting from proximity to the planned 42-kilometre Dubai Metro Gold Line and the future Etihad Rail network.
Commenting on the milestone, Shreen R. Gupta, Founder and CEO of GRID, said, “Enchanté represents an important milestone in our growth journey. As GRID’s first forest-inspired residential community in Arjan, it strengthens our portfolio and demonstrates our ability to bring distinctive concepts to market. Our message is clear: GRID is shaping places with purpose, ambition and long-term value, and with Enchanté we are introducing a residential concept that brings together thoughtful design, nature-led living, wellness and community.”
Tushar Bhatt, Chief Marketing Officer at GRID, added that the ceremony marks the transition from concept to construction.
Built around the theme “Live the Miracle,” the development will incorporate 500 square metres of landscaped green space, 100 trees across eight species, and a range of wellness and recreational amenities, including a swimming lagoon pool, gym, children’s play areas and landscaped courtyards.
The project forms part of GRID’s wider Dubai portfolio, which includes developments in Al Furjan, Jumeirah Village Circle and Business Bay. The developer said construction is now underway as it continues to expand through design-led residential communities across the emirate.
