Zoya Developments has unveiled Elvora in Dubai Land Residence Complex, adding another residential project to its growing Dubai portfolio, which now includes more than 10 launches in two years and a development pipeline exceeding AED1.2 billion.

Zoya Developments has launched Elvora, a new residential project in Dubai Land Residence Complex (DLRC), expanding its presence across Dubai's emerging residential communities.
The development was unveiled at an event in Abu Dhabi attended by investors, real estate professionals and development partners, including First Prime Properties, the project's executive channel partner.
Elvora forms part of Zoya's strategy to introduce residential developments in locations supported by infrastructure investment and growing connectivity.
Elvora is planned as a contemporary residential development with an emphasis on wellness, communal spaces and modern interiors.
The project will feature an infinity swimming pool with a sunken lounge, rooftop lounge, gym, yoga centre and outdoor theatre.
Additional facilities will include a children's play area, barbecue spaces and dedicated reception and communal areas.
The residential concept incorporates natural light, nature-inspired design elements and shared amenities intended to support everyday living.
Zoya also plans to integrate smart home technologies and fittings from international brands, including Siemens, Alexa, VitrA and GROHE.
Located in Dubai Land Residence Complex, Elvora will benefit from road connections to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Dubai–Al Ain Road.
The community provides access to educational, commercial and recreational destinations, including Dubai Academic City, Dubai Outlet Mall, Global Village and IMG Worlds of Adventure.
Residents will also have road connectivity to Downtown Dubai, Dubai Mall, Dubai Marina and Al Maktoum International Airport.
Zoya has identified emerging residential districts such as DLRC and Dubai South as important locations for its development strategy.
The launch comes as Zoya Developments continues expanding its portfolio in Dubai.
According to the developer, it has launched more than 10 projects since entering the Dubai market two years ago.
Its combined portfolio of launched and pipeline projects is valued at more than AED1.2 billion.
The company has also been progressing developments in Dubai South, including Elinor, where construction commenced two months after its launch.
These figures reflect Zoya's broader portfolio rather than the individual development value of Elvora.
Zoya Developments, led by Chairman Farooq Khan and CEO Shoaib Khan, has positioned its expansion around residential projects in connected communities.
Elvora adds to the developer's activity in DLRC, where new housing developments are being introduced alongside wider infrastructure improvements.
The project announcement details its location, residential concept and planned amenities. However, the developer has not yet publicly confirmed the number of units, starting prices, payment plan or handover date.
