Azizi Developments is advancing its AED30 billion Azizi Florence master-planned community in Sharjah, with a major sales event scheduled for October 14, 2026, alongside the opening of the project's dedicated sales centre.
The event, taking place at the Azizi Florence Sales Centre in Um Fanain, follows the development's recent launch and groundbreaking, marking another milestone in the developer's expansion into Sharjah.
Azizi Florence is planned as the company's largest master community to date, bringing together residential properties, landscaped spaces, retail destinations and essential community facilities.
The development is expected to comprise more than 10,000 residences, including over 7,200 villas and townhouses and more than 3,000 apartments.
The sales event will introduce prospective buyers to a range of residential options, with three-bedroom homes starting from AED 2.09 million.
A 30/70 payment plan will be available, alongside a one-day waiver of the 2% Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department registration fee for eligible purchases.
The new sales centre will feature a fully furnished mock-up apartment, allowing visitors to examine proposed layouts, finishes and interior specifications.
Farhad Azizi, Group CEO of Azizi Group, described Florence as the company's largest master community and its first in Sharjah, highlighting the importance of allowing prospective buyers to experience the development's design beyond architectural renderings.
Green spaces form a central component of the Azizi Florence masterplan.
Approximately 25% of the development is designated for parks and landscaped open areas, with more than 160,000 trees and plants planned across the community.
A key feature will be the 1.7 million-square-foot Azizi Bardini Park, which is planned to accommodate 32 zones for recreation, sports, wellness, cultural activities and entertainment.
The development will also include a 700,000-square-foot community mall and approximately 600,000 square feet of additional retail space.
Other proposed facilities include educational institutions, a nursery, healthcare services, mosques, restaurants and leisure destinations.
The combination of residential and community facilities is intended to create a neighbourhood where residents can access everyday services and recreational spaces within the wider development.
Azizi Florence is positioned along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), connecting the development with destinations across Sharjah and Dubai.
According to the developer, the location is approximately 10 minutes from Sharjah International Airport and Sharjah University, with Dubai International Airport around 20 minutes away under typical driving conditions.
The location forms part of Azizi's strategy to develop a large-scale residential destination with access to established transport corridors and surrounding urban centres.
The sales centre opening represents the next stage for Azizi Florence following the project's launch and commencement of construction.
For the developer, the project marks a significant expansion into Sharjah's residential market and introduces a large-scale community combining different housing types with extensive planned amenities.
With more than 10,000 homes proposed, the development adds to Sharjah's longer-term residential pipeline.
As Azizi Florence progresses, its phased delivery and planned community infrastructure will be important in translating the masterplan into a functioning residential destination.
