Dubai-based developer H&H has broken ground on Eden House Dubai Hills, a residential development comprising 32 villas in Dubai Hills. Construction has commenced on the project, with Dutco Construction appointed as the main contractor.
The development will offer five- and six-bedroom villas with a combined gross floor area of 19,443.87 square metres. The project forms part of H&H's Eden House portfolio, which combines residential design with hospitality-inspired living.
Hopkins Architects is leading the architectural design, while H&H's in-house interior design team is responsible for the interiors.
Each villa will include a private garden, swimming pool and spacious indoor and outdoor living areas. Large glazed frontages are intended to maximise natural light while maintaining privacy.
The architectural design incorporates stone-textured precast concrete and metal detailing, while marble and wood will feature in the interiors.
The masterplan also includes landscaped green spaces and pedestrian-friendly surroundings, with an emphasis on resident wellbeing and connections between homes and shared outdoor areas.
The groundbreaking marks the project's transition from planning to active construction.
Miltos Bosinis, Chief Executive Officer of H&H, described the milestone as an important step in developing a residential community centred on architecture, landscaping and shared spaces.
He said the project reflects the continued development of the Eden House portfolio and the company's approach to residential living.
Paul Whelan, Chief Executive Officer of Dutco Construction, also welcomed the partnership, highlighting the contractor's experience in project delivery.
Eden House Dubai Hills adds another development to H&H's residential portfolio in Dubai.
The community's limited collection of 32 villas distinguishes it from larger residential schemes, with its design focused on private living spaces, landscaping and hospitality-inspired amenities.
The developer has not announced a confirmed completion date or disclosed the project's construction value in the referenced announcement.
With site works now underway, the development enters its delivery phase, adding to the pipeline of high-end residential properties under construction in Dubai Hills.
