EYWA by R.Evolution has announced a partnership with Dubai-based Longevium Clinic, introducing preventive healthcare services into its luxury residential ecosystem as part of its focus on longevity and wellbeing.
Announced on October 20, 2026, the collaboration brings together EYWA's approach to wellness-oriented residential development with Longevium's expertise in preventive medicine, metabolic health and personalised healthcare.
The initiative aims to connect residential environments with medical services, providing residents with additional resources to support their long-term health and wellbeing.
Under the partnership, EYWA residents will receive preferential rates on Longevium's healthcare programmes, with access to services tailored to individual needs.
Depending on the programme selected, these may include advanced diagnostics, biological-age assessments and personalised health protocols.
Medical interventions will be provided under physician guidance.
EYWA's Health and Longevity concierge will coordinate residents' access to Longevium's services, helping them navigate available programmes and maintain continuity in their wellness plans.
Access to Longevium's packages and offers will also extend to members of the EYWA Membership Club.
The partnership introduces a service-led element to EYWA's residential concept, complementing the physical features of its developments with access to specialised medical expertise.
EYWA's approach to residential development incorporates biophilic design, neuroarchitecture and technology intended to support healthier everyday living.
Its developments emphasise natural light, air and water quality, connection to nature and low-electromagnetic-field bedroom environments.
These design features are intended to create residential spaces that support comfort, relaxation and wellbeing.
Alex Zagrebelny, Founder and CEO of EYWA by R.Evolution, said the definition of luxury residential living is evolving beyond architecture and interior design.
"Today, true luxury is grounded in what matters most to people: health and wellbeing, supported in a way that simplifies daily life," he said.
He added that partnerships combining residential design with scientific expertise can help make longevity-focused living a more practical part of everyday routines.
Founded by Dr. Ksenia Butova, Longevium operates three clinics in Dubai and has a team of more than 100 professionals.
The clinic network specialises in preventive healthcare, metabolic health and data-driven medicine, with services focused on understanding individual health needs and monitoring changes over time.
Dr. Butova, Founder and CEO of Longevium, highlighted the connection between personal health choices and the environments in which people live.
She explained that combining thoughtful residential design with medical assessments and ongoing monitoring can provide residents with a more informed approach to long-term wellbeing.
The partnership reflects a broader shift towards integrating wellness services into premium residential developments.
It also aligns with the UAE's National Strategy for Wellbeing 2031, which prioritises healthier lifestyles, mental wellbeing and improved quality of life.
For EYWA, the collaboration forms part of a wider strategy to establish partnerships across architecture, science, nature and medical services.
The developer has committed AED 1.5 billion across two regenerative residential developments in Dubai, with projected investment reaching AED 5 billion by 2030.
By connecting residential design with access to preventive healthcare, EYWA aims to expand its longevity-led property offering while introducing additional services for residents.
