Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) and ORA Developers UAE have entered into a strategic partnership to introduce an off-plan home financing solution for eligible buyers at BAYN, ORA's residential master development in Ghantoot.

Announced on October 8, 2026, the agreement allows qualifying purchasers to access financing during the construction phase after completing the mandatory regulated payment of 50% of their property's value.

The arrangement is intended to help buyers plan for payments remaining until handover, providing an additional financing option for purchasers of homes under development.

Expanding Financing Access for Off-Plan Buyers

Under the partnership, eligible BAYN customers can apply for home financing once the required 50% payment threshold has been met.

The solution includes competitive financing rates, mortgage pre-approvals valid for up to 12 months, digital onboarding facilities and assistance through ADCB's specialist Mortgage Centres.

These services are designed to help customers understand their financing options and manage the financial requirements associated with purchasing an off-plan home.

Mortgage availability remains subject to the bank's eligibility criteria, assessment and approval.

The collaboration builds on ADCB's wider efforts to expand mortgage access for off-plan properties in the UAE, where buyers often need to plan financing well before their homes are completed.

Supporting BAYN's Development in Ghantoot

BAYN is ORA Developers UAE's flagship residential masterplan in Ghantoot, strategically positioned between Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

The development spans approximately 4.8 million square metres and is planned to accommodate around 9,000 residences.

Designed as a coastal community, the project combines residential neighbourhoods with landscaped open spaces, waterfront features and lifestyle amenities.

The development forms part of ORA's broader strategic relationship with Modon Holding.

With homes being developed in phases, the new mortgage arrangement offers eligible purchasers a route to secure financing while construction progresses.

Strengthening Developer-Bank Collaboration

Partnerships between developers and financial institutions are becoming an important feature of the UAE's residential property market.

By introducing financing options during construction, such arrangements can help buyers better understand their future payment obligations and make informed purchasing decisions.

For ORA, the agreement adds a financing component to its BAYN offering, while ADCB gains an opportunity to support homebuyers purchasing properties within a major residential development.

The partnership also reflects the growing role of structured mortgage solutions in supporting off-plan property transactions.

As BAYN moves through its development stages, the collaboration aims to provide qualifying buyers with a clearer pathway from property purchase to eventual handover.
