Object 1 has launched V1TER Residence, a new residential development in District 12 of Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), strengthening its presence in one of Dubai's most active mid-market residential communities. The launch marks the developer's second completed project in Dubai this year and reflects its continued expansion in the emirate.
The 25-storey development will comprise 175 apartments, including studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom units. According to the developer, the project has been designed to cater to both end-users and investors, with an emphasis on practical layouts, community amenities and long-term residential value.
JVC continues to attract strong buyer and tenant demand, supported by its connectivity and established community infrastructure. The developer noted that apartments account for 61% of property sales searches and 80% of rental searches within the area, reinforcing the district's position as one of Dubai's most sought-after apartment markets.
Residents will have access to a range of lifestyle amenities, including a landscaped podium, clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, sauna, sports facilities and dedicated children's recreation areas. The apartments will also feature built-in appliances, three-metre ceiling heights, smart air-conditioning controls and integrated access systems.

Located within JVC, the project offers access to Circle Mall, Dubai Hills Mall, Dubai Marina and major road networks, including Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. The upcoming Hessa Street Phase-II road improvements are also expected to enhance accessibility for residents in the area.
As Dubai's residential pipeline continues to grow, developers are increasingly concentrating on established communities with proven demand rather than expanding into entirely new locations. Object 1's latest launch reflects the continued appeal of Jumeirah Village Circle, where strong rental activity, improving infrastructure and relatively affordable pricing continue to support both end-user demand and investor interest.
