Tomorrow World Properties has signed a partnership with Italian fashion house Missoni for an upcoming residential development in Dubai, bringing another international design name into the city's expanding branded real estate segment.
The development has not yet been officially unveiled, with its location and wider project details expected to be announced at launch. Tomorrow World said the scheme will be located within one of Dubai's sought-after communities and will combine an urban setting with a retreat-style residential concept.
Missoni will bring its design identity into the homes through interiors featuring the fashion house's signature patterns, custom-made fixtures and a colour palette influenced by the project's setting.
Xu Ma, Founder and Chairman of Tomorrow World Properties, said the partnership would bring together the developer's approach to real estate with Missoni's design heritage.
The agreement also brings OCTA Properties into the project as the exclusive sales, marketing and brand management partner, supporting the development ahead of its formal market launch.
The collaboration follows Tomorrow World's ongoing expansion in Dubai. The developer is also progressing Tomorrow 166 on Dubai Islands, where construction began following the appointment of SKR Building and Contracting as main contractor, with handover scheduled for Q4 2027.
Further details of the Missoni-branded project; including its name, exact location and development specifications are yet to be announced. For now, the partnership provides the first look at a new branded residential concept preparing to enter Dubai's property market.
