Groundworks have commenced at Nourelle following the award of a contract for the project's initial phase, marking the latest construction milestone within Meraas' Madinat Jumeirah Living community.

Meraas, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded a contract to International Foundation Group (L.L.C.) for the commencement of groundworks at Nourelle, marking the next stage in the delivery of the residential development within Madinat Jumeirah Living (MJL).
The contract covers site preparation, together with the design and construction of shoring and piling works for the project's initial phase. According to Meraas, the appointment represents another key construction milestone as development progresses across the wider Madinat Jumeirah Living masterplan.
Nourelle will comprise 236 one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments across three residential buildings. A signature skybridge linking the buildings, together with landscaped sky gardens, will provide shared outdoor spaces while enhancing connectivity throughout the development.
Located close to Jumeirah Beach, the project forms part of the expanding Madinat Jumeirah Living community and offers access to Dubai's business, leisure and lifestyle destinations. Meraas said the development has been designed to combine contemporary architecture with the established, pedestrian-friendly character of the wider neighbourhood.
The commencement of groundworks reflects continued construction momentum across Madinat Jumeirah Living as Meraas progresses its residential development pipeline. Nourelle is the latest addition to the community, reinforcing the developer's focus on delivering integrated residential neighbourhoods with connected public spaces and lifestyle amenities.
