Emaar is expanding Dubai Harbour’s luxury hospitality offering with Address The Bay, a 182-key beachfront hotel scheduled to open at Emaar Beachfront in 2027.

Dubai Harbour is set to gain another luxury hospitality address as Emaar Properties unveils Address The Bay at Emaar Beachfront, a new high-rise waterfront hotel scheduled to open in 2027.
The 182-key property will sit within Emaar Beachfront, the master developer’s waterfront community at Dubai Harbour, adding new hospitality inventory alongside the area’s growing residential and leisure offering.
Its location places the hotel directly on Dubai’s coastline while maintaining proximity to Dubai Marina and the wider retail, dining and entertainment network surrounding the harbour.
Address The Bay will feature a 523 sq m main pool deck with cabana seating, alongside six dining and lounge concepts.
The development will also provide direct access to the beach and waterfront, positioning the property around the combination of resort-style facilities and connectivity to the surrounding city.
For Dubai Harbour, the project adds another hospitality component to a district that has steadily developed into a mixed waterfront destination combining hotels, residences, marinas and leisure facilities.
Emaar Beachfront itself is planned as a substantial waterfront community. Emaar’s current project information identifies 27 residential towers and approximately 10,000 residential units within the development, alongside 1.5 kilometres of beachfront and a planned 13,000 sq m retail mall.
The arrival of another hotel therefore adds to the wider mix of uses being built around the community rather than functioning as a standalone hospitality development.
Address The Bay is also part of a broader expansion of Emaar’s Address hospitality portfolio.
The developer has announced two other upcoming properties: Address Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah and Address Diriyah in Riyadh.
Address Al Marjan Island is scheduled to open in 2028 with 196 hotel keys, while Address Diriyah is also planned for 2028 and will comprise 204 hotel rooms and 60 serviced apartments.
The three projects place the brand across distinctly different real estate and tourism markets — Dubai’s established waterfront sector, Ras Al Khaimah’s rapidly expanding resort market and Diriyah’s large-scale heritage-led development in Saudi Arabia.
For Dubai, however, the immediate addition is at Emaar Beachfront.
With 182 rooms and a 2027 opening target, Address The Bay will add another five-star hospitality asset to Dubai Harbour as development continues along one of the city’s prominent waterfront corridors.
