Emaar Development and Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) have announced a strategic collaboration aimed at simplifying home financing for buyers across the developer’s ready and off-plan residential projects in Dubai.
The partnership combines Emaar Development's residential portfolio with ADCB's mortgage offerings to introduce a digitally enabled financing journey for eligible customers. The initiative covers both completed and under-construction properties and is designed to make financing more accessible throughout the home-buying process.
A key feature of the collaboration is a new off-plan financing solution that allows eligible buyers to secure financing pre-approval for up to 50% of a property's value. Unlike conventional pre-approvals with shorter validity periods, the approval can be renewed annually until project handover, giving buyers greater certainty when planning handover payments during the construction period.
The collaboration also offers interest and profit rates starting from 3.49% per annum, fixed for three years for a limited period, alongside waived processing and property valuation fees, reducing upfront borrowing costs for eligible customers.
The announcement reflects growing efforts by developers and financial institutions to introduce financing products that better align with Dubai's expanding off-plan residential market. Flexible funding solutions have become increasingly important as buyers seek greater certainty when purchasing properties with longer construction timelines.
By combining project financing with a streamlined digital application process, Emaar Development and ADCB aim to reduce friction in the home-buying journey while improving access to financing for both end users and investors.
The collaboration supports broader efforts to strengthen home ownership opportunities while reinforcing Dubai's position as one of the region's most active residential property markets.
