For a property developer, the completion of its first project is a significant milestone. For homebuyers, it is the moment when plans and promises become a place to live.
Amwaj Development has completed the handover of Starlight Park in Meydan, delivering its inaugural Dubai residential project on schedule during the first week of October 2026.
The completion establishes the company’s first delivered community in the emirate and marks its transition from project development to completed residential delivery.
Located in District 11, Meydan, Starlight Park comprises 172 apartments spread across four residential buildings, each configured with a basement, ground floor, five upper floors and a rooftop.
The development offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, with communal spaces designed around recreation, wellness and family living.
Rooftop swimming pools and lounges feature across all four buildings. Residents also have access to an outdoor cinema, fitness facilities, yoga and boxing studios, padel tennis, children’s play areas and an indoor kids’ club.
Inside the apartments, the specifications include kitchen appliances, built-in television units and customised master-bedroom wall features.
Emad Saleh, Founder and Chairman of Amwaj Development, described Starlight Park as a particularly meaningful project because it was the company’s first.
“Completing the project on time is a meaningful milestone for our team and, most importantly, for the people who chose to call Starlight Park home,” he said.
