Azha Properties has launched Azha Park Residences, an 800-unit residential development in Ajman East combining apartments, retail, recreational facilities and landscaped spaces within a single community.
Unveiled during the Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition, the project will span four contemporary residential buildings and provide a mix of studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments.
The development comprises 196 studios, 404 one-bedroom apartments and 200 two-bedroom homes, alongside 29 retail units and 852 parking spaces.
Around 58,552 sq ft has been allocated to amenities and services, with the development planned around a more integrated model of residential living rather than apartments alone.
Azha Park Residences will feature 22 family-oriented recreational amenities, including sports facilities, indoor and outdoor children's areas, a residents’ lounge, clubhouse, co-working facilities, a multifunctional hall and library.
A dedicated retail component will bring day-to-day services closer to residents, with plans for a hypermarket, medical clinic, cafés, restaurants and other outlets.
The project’s location also provides access to major transport corridors. According to Azha Properties, the development is around three minutes from Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, 12 minutes from Ajman City Centre, 14 minutes from Sharjah International Airport and 22 minutes from Dubai International Airport.
Mohamed Hegazi, Chief Commercial Officer at Azha Properties, said buyer and investor demand is increasingly shifting towards communities that combine residential options with services, amenities, open spaces and strong road connectivity.
The new project expands Azha Properties’ portfolio in Ajman as new residential supply increasingly incorporates retail and lifestyle infrastructure within master-planned communities.
For Ajman’s residential market, the launch adds a sizeable block of new apartment supply while reinforcing the emirate’s focus on comparatively accessible housing connected to Dubai, Sharjah and the wider Northern Emirates.
