Casagrand has appointed Jaseera Building Contracting LLC as the main contractor for Casagrand HERMINA, its debut residential development in the UAE, located at Dubai Islands.
The appointment follows the completion of foundation works and marks the next stage of construction for the waterfront project.
According to the developer, HERMINA remains on schedule, with handover targeted for the second quarter of 2028.
The agreement was formalised during a signing ceremony at Casagrand's Dubai office, attended by senior representatives from both companies.
