Construction is being carried out by Gardinia Contracting, with approximately 1,100 workers currently deployed across the site. The developer said work is continuing across multiple construction activities to maintain the planned delivery schedule.
Commenting on the milestone, Farhad Azizi, Group CEO of Azizi Group, said, “Rêve is advancing with discipline and intent, with each milestone reinforcing a clear focus on decisive delivery, enduring value, and establishing a defining presence in Dubai’s residential landscape.”
Rêve forms part of Azizi's Riviera, a French Mediterranean-inspired waterfront community comprising approximately 75 mid- and high-rise residential buildings with around 16,000 residences. The master development also includes retail outlets, restaurants, cafés and leisure facilities.
The project will feature a range of amenities, including fully equipped gyms, two swimming pools, saunas, steam rooms, children's play areas and open green spaces. Residents will also have access to Riviera's 2.7-kilometre swimmable crystal lagoon.
The latest construction update comes as developers across Dubai continue to report progress on large-scale residential projects, providing greater visibility into project execution and delivery timelines for buyers and investors.
