DAMAC Launches Final Tower of Chelsea Residences

DAMAC Properties has launched the sixth and final tower of Chelsea Residences by DAMAC, marking the final phase of the football-branded residential development in Dubai Maritime City.

Developed in partnership with Chelsea Football Club, the project has recorded strong demand from both investors and end-users, with the first five towers selling out. According to the developer, the final release offers buyers the last opportunity to purchase a residence within the waterfront community.

The newly launched Tower C comprises a limited collection of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, with prices starting from AED 2.56 million and unit sizes beginning at 827 sq ft.
