Kempinski Group has launched Kempinski Residences The Creek in Dubai, featuring 279 luxury apartments developed in partnership with Swiss Property. The project, developed by Dubai-based Swiss Property, offers panoramic views of Burj Khalifa, Creek Harbour and the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary.
Barbara Muckermann, CEO of Kempinski Group, said the UAE and the wider GCC represent a strategic focus for the company as demand for branded residences continues to evolve. "We are proud to add Kempinski Residences The Creek to our collection of distinguished global, residential properties," she said.
Karim Adi, CEO of Swiss Property, said the project was founded on the principles of human connection and healthy living. "Our ambition was to create an environment that naturally brings people together, encourages an active and balanced lifestyle, and creates a genuine sense of community," he said.
The residences include a gym, yoga studio, squash court, padel court, butler service, all-day dining restaurant, spa, 24/7 security, an indoor kids' room and an outdoor park. Kempinski said it will also launch Kempinski Marina Residences at Dubai Marina in 2029, featuring vertical gardens on staggered balconies.
The two Dubai projects add to Kempinski's existing branded residences in the GCC, which include Kempinski Harbour Heights Hotel and Residences in Manama, Bahrain, and Kempinski Hotel and Residences at Masar in Makkah.
