LMD Hands Over Marina Living in Dubai Marina

LMD has handed over Marina Living, its residential development in Dubai Marina, marking the delivery of 205 homes in one of Dubai’s most active waterfront districts.

The developer announced the successful handover of the project, describing Marina Living as a 20-storey residential development in Dubai Marina. LMD said it has welcomed the first homeowners to their new residences, which offer views across Dubai Marina.

The handover was marked with a private walkthrough of the facility with Eng. Amr Sultan, Founder and CEO of LMD, and Hamad Al Abbar, Managing Partner of LMD UAE.

Marina Living is positioned as a boutique residential project within Dubai Marina, offering one- and two-bedroom apartments. Project listings describe the development as a limited collection of 205 residences, with amenities including a swimming pool, fitness facilities, wellness areas, landscaped outdoor spaces and family-focused recreational areas.

The delivery adds new completed housing supply to Dubai Marina, one of the emirate’s most mature residential and lifestyle destinations. The area continues to attract both end-users and investors due to its waterfront setting, established infrastructure, proximity to JBR and Dubai Marina Mall, and access to major transport links.

The handover also comes at a time when Dubai’s residential market is seeing increased focus on project delivery, with buyers paying closer attention to construction progress, completion timelines and developer execution.
