ZāZEN Properties Announces Low-Density Residential Community in Dubai South Slated for Q4 2027 completion

ZāZEN Properties has expanded its presence into Dubai South with the announcement of a new residential development. Vida Bricks has been appointed as the exclusive sales and distribution partner for the project.

The development will comprise 48 residences within a G+4 building style, with lifestyle amenities consolidated at rooftop level and to include social and recreational spaces as well as a dedicated wellness area featuring sauna and cold plunge facilities. The residential offering will be a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, alongside two- and three-bedroom layouts with study rooms.
