Al Hamra has opened the doors to the show apartment at Waldorf Astoria Residences Ras Al Khaimah, offering a first look at the interiors and coastal living experience planned for the beachfront development.
Scheduled for completion by the end of Q4 2027, the project comprises just 38 residences, ranging from two and three-bedroom apartments to penthouses and the signature Sky Palace. According to Al Hamra, it will mark the first Waldorf Astoria branded residence in the Gulf and the brand’s third beachfront residential development globally, following Miami and Costa Rica.
The show apartment places the waterfront setting at the centre of its design. Sea-facing residences feature 12-metre-wide minimal-frame doors, connecting the interiors with terraces overlooking the Arabian Gulf, Ras Al Khaimah coastline and Wynn Al Marjan Island.
Inside, marble flooring is complemented by discreet service circulation, while the show kitchen features Italian marble surfaces, Gaggenau appliances, Quooker taps and integrated Sonos audio. Home automation brings lighting, climate, scent and sound controls together within the residence.
Benoy Kurien, Group Chief Executive Officer at Al Hamra, said the show apartment demonstrates how the development has been designed around its coastal setting and views.
Beyond the individual homes, the project is being shaped around personalised services and shared residential experiences, extending Waldorf Astoria’s hospitality positioning into a private residential environment.
With the show apartment now unveiled, the development moves closer to its scheduled Q4 2027 completion, adding another branded residential address to Ras Al Khaimah’s expanding luxury property landscape.
