Union Properties Progresses Motor City Masterplan with Launch of Mirdad Tower 2

Union Properties PJSC has announced the launch of Mirdad Tower 2, a residential tower within its AED 2 billion Mirdad master-planned development located in Dubai Motor City.

The tower will rise G+31 floors and represents the latest phase of the Mirdad development, which is being delivered as a multi-building residential community. According to the developer, the launch advances the execution of the wider master plan in Motor City.

Mirdad Tower 2 will offer a mix of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, along with a limited number of loft-style units. The development is located in the core of Motor City, with access to major road networks and established infrastructure. Union Properties said the project aligns with Motor City’s continued growth as a residential district in Dubai.

Union Properties said sustainability features have been incorporated into the project, including smart building systems, energy-efficient infrastructure, landscaped green areas, and EV charging provision across a portion of parking spaces.
