Union Properties hosted founders of PropTech companies at its Sales Centre in Motor City as part of a visit organised by Dubai PropTech Hub.

The engagement brought together emerging technology companies and Union Properties’ senior leadership to discuss real estate innovation, evolving customer expectations and technology-led solutions for the sector.

Dubai PropTech Hub is an initiative of Dubai International Financial Centre and was launched in partnership with Dubai Land Department to support innovation across the real estate ecosystem. Union Properties is one of the founding partners of the hub, alongside other major developers and infrastructure players.

During the visit, PropTech founders presented their solutions directly to Union Properties’ leadership and received practical market feedback. The discussions focused on how new technologies can support efficiency, data-driven decision-making and improved customer experiences across real estate operations.

The visit also gave entrepreneurs an opportunity to gain market insights from an established UAE master developer, helping them better align their product roadmaps with the practical needs of the property sector.

Eng. Amer Khansaheb, CEO and Board Member of Union Properties, said meaningful innovation requires close collaboration between industry leaders and emerging technology companies.

“As a founding partner of the Dubai PropTech Hub, we believe meaningful innovation happens when industry leaders and emerging technology companies collaborate closely,” he said.

“By engaging directly with early-stage founders, we help them better understand the realities of the Real Estate sector.”

According to Union Properties, the onsite engagement marked the first group visit of its kind organised through Dubai PropTech Hub. It forms part of the company’s ongoing participation in the PropTech Elevate programme, which supports emerging innovators and helps accelerate the growth of the UAE’s PropTech ecosystem.

The initiative aligns with wider real estate and economic priorities, including Dubai’s Real Estate Sector Strategy, the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan and the D33 Agenda.

For Union Properties, the engagement reinforces its role in supporting technology adoption across the sector. For PropTech founders, the visit provided direct access to industry decision-makers, offering a clearer understanding of where technology can solve operational, customer and development challenges in the UAE real estate market.

The collaboration reflects a broader shift in Dubai’s real estate sector, where developers are increasingly working with technology companies to improve transparency, customer journeys, asset management and operational performance.
