UK's Virtus appoints JLL for facility management

JLL to provide integrated facilities management services across four London campuses

UK data center firm Virtus has tapped JLL to manage its facilities. JLL announced recently that it had been appointed to provide integrated facilities management services across its data center operations in the UK.

Neil Cresswell, Virtus CEO, said, “This is an exciting time for Virtus as we continue to grow and expand, and we are looking for partners to assist us on that journey. We’re delighted to have JLL on board to help Virtus continue to deliver outstanding service for our customers in the UK, supporting our operational excellence and zero-downtime goals.

Virtus currently operates 11 data centers across four campuses in Greater London totaling 77,000 sqm (828,825 sq ft) and 178MW of power. JLL said it will support Virtus by delivering ‘safety, engineering, and operational excellence, managing risk, and leveraging best-in-class technology’.
