Transguard Group’s facilities management (FM) division has booked approximately $68mn in new contracts. The wins are said to have come from several prestigious partnerships with two of the largest property developers in the UAE.
Dr. Abdulla al Hashimi, CEO, Transguard Group said, “This is a strong start to our financial year, especially for our FM division but also across the business as a whole. The team’s performance over the last few weeks has been nothing short of exemplary and we anticipate even greater growth in the coming months.”
The firm said a new partnership with one of Dubai’s leading property developers was a key contract win. Mobilising this month, Transguard’s FM division is responsible for cleaning a racing facility at the heart of the city with up to 400 professionals, it stated.
On the other hand, Transguard’s consumer division, Transguard Living, was selected to provide maintenance services to a gated community with the Mediterranean and Moroccan-style villas. The three-year contract, which will see Transguard’s Consumer Management team working across more than 350 villas, runs until May 2025.
Providing soft FM services to one of the world’s largest and most famous malls was another highlight of the first quarter. The contract, which mobilises in November 2022 and will run until 2025, will see over 800 staff deployed throughout the location, the company said.
