The partnership will focus on development management for Tomorrow World’s upcoming residential and mixed-use projects across Dubai, starting with a marina-front site at Dubai Islands

Tomorrow World Real Estate Development has signed a strategic partnership with OCTA Properties to support the delivery of its upcoming projects across Dubai.
Established in 2022, Tomorrow World Real Estate Development is the boutique development arm of Tomorrow World Group and specialises in premium residential and commercial assets. The company currently owns 10 plots across Dubai, including eight within Dubai Islands, and has outlined a development pipeline exceeding AED 8 billion in projected gross development value. More than 20 projects are said to be planned between 2026 and 2028.
The partnership will launch with a marina-front development at Dubai Islands featuring approximately 132 branded residential units, located along a marina promenade that includes retail.
Under the agreement, OCTA Properties will support the development management of Tomorrow World’s portfolio, with a focus on premium residential communities and mixed-use environments.
