Tomorrow World Real Estate Development has appointed Savills as its exclusive cost consultant for all ongoing and upcoming projects in Dubai, marking a strategic move to strengthen project governance, quality control, and long-term delivery standards.
Under the agreement, Savills will provide comprehensive cost consultancy services, supporting Tomorrow World across project planning, cost control, and value optimisation throughout the development lifecycle. The appointment reflects the developer’s intent to adopt international best practices and reinforce disciplined execution across its portfolio.
Yuan Zhou, Operation Director at Tomorrow World Real Estate Development, said the collaboration would play a critical role as the company advances a pipeline of boutique residential developments on Dubai Islands and premium commercial towers in International City. He added that partnering with an established global consultancy supports the company’s objective of maintaining high standards across design, specification, and delivery.
