In line with the UAE's Year of Sustainability - the home of COP 28, the Construction Technology Festival (CTF) will highlight the steps that the industry must take in order to achieve decarbonisation in a structured and effective manner
Ventures Connect is proud to announce the sixth Construction Technology Festival (CTF) which will be co-located with the Property Technology Festival from 31 May to 01 June 2023 at the Conrad Dubai. This year's event will focus on sustainability and digital adoption for better project outcomes, in line with the UAE's Year of Sustainability and its hosting of COP 28.
The Construction Technology Festival will highlight the steps that the industry must take to achieve decarbonisation in a structured and effective manner, including the roadmap to a net zero carbon portfolio for major developers and the role that key AEC stakeholders play in decarbonising the construction lifecycle.
The speakers include 150 industry experts from the region and beyond, providing attendees with valuable insights into the latest trends, technology developments, and data analytics that will drive the sector into a digital and sustainable world.
Over 600 attendees, including project developers, contractors, consultants, industry experts, technology providers, startups, and key stakeholders from over 20 countries are expected to attend. The two-day agenda includes topics such as Sustainability, Scaling Up Adoption, Dealing With the Human Factor, PMIS, ERP, Digital Twins, Digital Site Capture, Metaverse, AI, and more.

Construction Technology Awards 2023
On 01 June 2023, the Construction Technology Awards 2023 will be held as part of CTF. These awards recognise the best people, projects, and organisations in the industry promoting excellence in the field. With over 200 entries across 16 different categories, the awards are expected to welcome more than 300 attendees from across the industry.
Property Technology Festival 2023 will also be co-located with CTF, bringing together Owners, Asset Management (AM), Property Management (PM), Facilities Management (FM), Community Management (CM), and Commercial Real Estate professionals to share digital use-cases that enhance profit and end user experience, as well as reduce carbon emissions and operational inefficiencies.
