Samana Developers is expanding its footprint in Dubai with three new residential projects, adding to its development pipeline as activity across the emirate's property market continues to build.

The expansion comes against the backdrop of continued activity across Dubai real estate. In the first quarter of 2026, the total value of real estate transactions reached AED252 billion, representing a 31% year-on-year increase, while 60,303 transactions were recorded, according to Dubai Land Department data.

Off-plan property has remained an important part of that momentum. Earlier 2026 market data showed primary off-plan transactions continuing to record year-on-year growth, supported by buyer demand and new project launches.

Against this backdrop, Samana's three-project expansion gives the developer additional inventory within a market attracting both end-users and investors.

The company has built its residential offering around amenity-led developments, with private pools incorporated into a number of its previous apartment projects. The latest expansion continues its strategy of growing its presence across Dubai through new residential launches.

For the wider market, the addition of three projects reflects the depth of development activity currently shaping the city. As Dubai continues to attract new residents and international capital, developers are responding with a broader range of residential options across established and emerging communities.

Samana's latest additions now extend that pipeline further, strengthening its position within Dubai's active new-build residential market.
