Property sales, mortgages and ownership transfers generated AED 2.89 billion in real estate activity during the first six months of 2026, reflecting continued market activity across the emirate.

Ras Al Khaimah recorded approximately AED 2.89 billion in real estate transactions during the first half of 2026, according to data released by the Lands and Properties Sector at Ras Al Khaimah Municipality. The total comprises property sales, mortgages and waivers recorded between January and June 2026, highlighting continued activity across the emirate’s real estate market.
Property sales reached approximately AED 1.353 billion through 1,274 transactions, while registered mortgages totalled around AED 1.160 billion across 463 transactions.
The municipality also recorded waiver transactions such as ownership transfers conducted without financial consideration, with an estimated market value of approximately AED 380 million across 348 transactions.
Among the six months, February recorded the highest property sales value at AED 371 million, while June registered the highest mortgage value at approximately AED 418 million. April recorded the highest waiver market value, reaching around AED 152 million.
The figures reflect diversified activity across Ras Al Khaimah’s real estate sector during the first half of the year, as the emirate continues to expand its residential, hospitality and mixed-use development pipeline.
