R.Evolution has announced the launch of Eywa Way of Water, a waterfront residential development located along the Dubai Water Canal. The project represents the second development within the Eywa Collection and follows the delivery of the original Eywa project in Dubai.
Eywa Way of Water comprises 65 private residences and is positioned as an ultra-luxury residential scheme with a focus on wellbeing, longevity and regenerative design principles. According to the developer, the project has been conceived as a holistic living environment that integrates architectural design with natural elements such as water, light and airflow.
The development has been designed by OAD Architects, led by architect Zane Tetere. The building features a sculptural form characterised by glazed ceramic panels and marine-inspired detailing, with interiors using natural materials including Roman marble and wood finishes. The residences incorporate advanced home automation systems and are pre-certified for WiredScore Platinum connectivity.
A dedicated wellness level will include more than 45 health and longevity-focused facilities, such as multiple swimming pools, sauna and therapy spaces, cryotherapy facilities, and meditation and relaxation areas. Shared community amenities will also include the Eywa Clubhouse, which is planned to house a library, private dining areas, cinema and social spaces.
R.Evolution said the development is targeting LEED Platinum and WELL Platinum certification, with sustainability measures including hydroponic micro-farming, energy-efficient systems and water-saving technologies designed to reduce consumption by up to 40 per cent.
Eywa Way of Water is not simply a building. It is a living ecosystem where architecture, nature, and human intention work together to elevate life itself.
