R.Evolution is taking its EYWA concept beyond individual developments, expanding the platform into a global longevity-led real estate brand with ambitions spanning new markets, asset classes and, eventually, hospitality.

The move builds on four developments already launched under the EYWA name: EYWA Tree of Life and EYWA Way of Water in Dubai, alongside EYWA Bac de Roda and EYWA 22 Palms in Barcelona. The developer now plans to apply the concept across residential and commercial real estate in multiple international markets, with hospitality identified as a future area of expansion.

At the centre of the strategy is what R.Evolution describes as regenerative real estate, an approach that combines spatial design, technology, natural elements and wellbeing-focused features to shape the experience of a building around everyday living.

The two Dubai developments provide an early example of how that approach is being applied. Features include MERV 14 air filtration and ionisation, specialised water systems, EMF-shielded bedrooms, natural finishes and planned acoustics, lighting and ventilation. Both projects are also targeting LEED Platinum, WELL Platinum and WiredScore Platinum certifications.

The expansion comes as wellness increasingly influences the direction of premium real estate. Igor Karpikov, Chief Commercial Officer at R.Evolution, said buyers are placing greater emphasis on homes that support healthier and more fulfilling lifestyles alongside traditional considerations such as architecture, location and space.

"Wellness real estate is one of the fastest-growing sectors of the global wellness economy and is forecast to reach $1.8 trillion by 2030," Karpikov said.

R.Evolution is also developing collaborations across health and longevity programming, nature-focused initiatives, education, sustainable technologies and lifestyle offerings as it builds out the wider EYWA platform.

Hospitality is expected to form part of the brand's next stage, although specific projects and locations have not yet been announced. R.Evolution said further details on developments, partnerships and destinations will be shared as they reach the appropriate stage.

With projects already established in Dubai and Barcelona, the expansion gives EYWA a broader role within R.Evolution's portfolio and reflects the growing intersection between real estate, wellness and longevity-led design.
