QUBE Development Launches SAWA Residences in Meydan Horizon

QUBE Development has launched SAWA Residences, a 355-apartment project in Meydan Horizon, part of Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR City) in Dubai. The project forms part of the developer’s AED 7.5 billion pipeline across the UAE.

SAWA Residences sits on a lagoon-front plot within the district, giving residents direct access to 2 km of crystal lagoons and a 4 km landscaped promenade. The building is set within a lower-density pocket of Meydan Horizon, a layout the developer says allows more natural light, open views and direct links to the waterfront.

The project offers one, two and three-bedroom apartments. Every unit comes with fitted kitchen appliances and smart home systems. QUBE says the design follows its “Meant to Be” philosophy, which works with the natural contours of the site.

Wellness and leisure facilities include a central swimming pool, a relaxation pool, a solarium, private cabanas, steam and sauna rooms, and an outdoor Zen Garden with water features. Fitness spaces cover a boxing studio, indoor and outdoor yoga areas, and a gym equipped by Technogym. Residents will also have a lounge, a pool bar, private meeting rooms, an outdoor barbecue area and children’s play areas.
