Dubai’s branded real estate market is moving beyond homes and into the workplace.
Accor and CITYVIEW Developments have announced Pullman Residences & Offices Dubai Meydan, a mixed-use project that will combine 282 branded residences with what Accor describes as its first branded offices for sale globally.
Scheduled to open in 2029, the development extends the Pullman name into a new part of the property market while adding another branded residential scheme to Dubai’s growing pipeline.
The residential component will offer a mix of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, alongside amenities reflecting Pullman’s hospitality-led approach.
The project will be supported by Accor One Living, the group’s platform for the development, design and operation of mixed-use projects and branded residential communities.
For Dubai’s property market, however, the office component introduces the more unusual element.
Hospitality branding has become increasingly common across luxury residences, but extending that model to individually sold commercial offices represents a different application of the concept.
The project arrives as Dubai’s branded property market continues to diversify.
While branded residences have traditionally been associated with hotel operators extending their names and services into private homes, developers are increasingly experimenting with fashion, automotive, lifestyle and now workplace branding.
The Pullman development also builds on an existing relationship between Accor and CITYVIEW Developments rather than establishing a new partnership.
For Meydan, the project adds another mixed-use development to an area experiencing significant residential expansion and investment.
Its planned 2029 opening also places it within Dubai’s substantial longer-term development pipeline.
But the key distinction is likely to remain its commercial component: Pullman’s first branded offices offered for sale globally will debut not in an established international business district, but in Dubai’s Meydan market.
