UAE real estate technology platform PRYPCO has reported a 20% increase in payment acceptance rates following its partnership with digital payments provider Checkout.com.

The partnership covers payment processing for PRYPCO's fractional property investment platform, PRYPCO Blocks, and has been extended to include its real estate tokenisation platform, PRYPCO Mint.

The companies said the integration is intended to reduce failed transactions and support payment processing during periods of high demand.

Integration With PRYPCO Blocks

PRYPCO integrated Checkout.com's payment acquiring and processing technology into PRYPCO Blocks, which enables customers to invest in fractional property interests.

The integration went live in July 2026.

According to the companies, payment acceptance rates have since increased by 20%.

The reported improvement relates to the proportion of attempted payments successfully processed. The announcement did not disclose the previous acceptance rate or the number of transactions measured.

The platform is also intended to handle higher payment volumes during property launches, when multiple customers may attempt to invest within a short period.

Partnership Extended to PRYPCO Mint

Following the integration with PRYPCO Blocks, the companies have expanded their arrangement to cover PRYPCO Mint.

PRYPCO Mint is the company's real estate tokenisation platform, developed in collaboration with the Dubai Land Department.

The expanded partnership will provide payment processing infrastructure for transactions conducted through the platform.

Checkout.com will also provide payout capabilities and network tokenisation technology.

Network tokenisation replaces sensitive payment card information with digital identifiers, reducing the need to transmit card details during payment processing.

The companies said this technology is intended to improve payment security and reduce avoidable transaction declines.

Payment Processing and Withdrawals

The partnership also covers the movement of funds into and out of customer accounts.

Checkout.com's payout infrastructure is designed to support near-instant funding and withdrawals, although the announcement did not specify settlement times for individual payment methods.

The companies said the system is intended to maintain transaction processing during periods of increased activity.

Remo Giovanni Abbondandolo, General Manager for MENA at Checkout.com, said the partnership supports PRYPCO's digital property investment services.

Essa Ibrahim, Co-founder and President of PRYPCO, said payment reliability is particularly important when new property investments attract concentrated demand.

PRYPCO's Real Estate Transactions

PRYPCO operates digital services covering fractional property investment, real estate tokenisation, mortgages and property ownership-related services.

According to the company, its platforms have facilitated real estate transactions worth more than AED20 billion for over 110,000 customers.

These figures represent PRYPCO's wider business activity and are not attributable solely to the Checkout.com partnership.

The company was founded by Amira Sajwani and operates several platforms, including PRYPCO Blocks, PRYPCO Mint and PRYPCO Mortgage.

The expanded agreement with Checkout.com adds payment processing infrastructure to PRYPCO's existing digital property investment services.
